Ordering with Coral Creations is simple. We will create your beautiful favors and diaper cakes to live up to your vision, and make your dreams for the day a reality. We also create gift baskets by custom order to fit within your budget. We look forward to doing business with you!
All prices listed are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Canadian funds and do not include applicable taxes. Discount prices are available for all orders over a quantity of 100 favors. We do not have a minimum order requirement.
To place your order use our contact form or send us an email. We will respond to your request in a timely manner. We can also email you a formal quote with the total amount of the final invoice and note our turnaround time for your order, upon request. As all of our orders are custom to your specifications, we do require the following non-refundable deposit amounts in order to confirm your order and start the assembly process. The turnaround time will start from the confirmation of the order and receipt of the deposit.
The final amount of your order is due prior to delivery of your products.
The forms of payment we accept are cash, cheque, interac email transfer and VISA.
As we hand assemble all of our favor products, our turnaround time varies from 2 weeks to 6 weeks dependant on the options you choose. If your special event is just around the corner, contact us as to the possibility of a rush service. We want to help you with these final details of your big event and rest assured we will complete your order on time.
The turnaround time for diaper cakes and gift baskets are usually within a few days to a week. However, contact us as next day service may be available.
Upon completion of your order the final balance of your invoice is due, and your order will be delivered. We can ship your order via any delivery method of your choice. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping. If you would like an estimate of the shipping costs, contact us with your postal code. For orders with a quantity of 500 favors or more, we will provide you with free delivery within the Lower Mainland.
If delivery is within Mission and Abbotsford, we will hand deliver your order free of charge. For deliveries within the Lower Mainland (from Agassiz to Langley), we can hand deliver your order at a flat rate of $20. Delivery to Surrey and Vancouver areas are a flat rate of $25. This can be delivered to your home in advance, or directly to your event location at the time your event setup is in process.
As all of our orders are custom made, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. We will do our utmost to ensure you receive the favors and diaper cakes of your choosing beautifully crafted and on time.
In British Columbia, wine, beer and spirits (alcohol) may be added to gift baskets. While no special licence is required, customers placing orders for gift baskets including liquor must be 19 years of age or older (ID may be required). Deliveries may not be made to a public place.
Under the Liquor Control and Licencing Act, we are classified as a 'delivery service'. Our liquor is purchased from licenced liquor stores. Customers will be charged the same price as the purchase price for the liquor, as stated by the act. While the alcohol will not be upcharged, in order to offer these services, we are to add a delivery charge to the liquor.
